  1. Will clean up the table and include whether or not reported with links to posts.

    Also will expand other data.

Finally, will be adding stocks – again some smaller companies haven’t notified WHEN they will be reporting, and IMO these are more relevant to follow then some of the “blue chips”, as you can most are of poor investment grade….

  2. Do you folks want ex dividend date data as well?

I’m redoing the table above to include, plus a field for when they report and the link to the report/post/news, and another field for our notes on the earnings (e.g surprise, crap, normal)

  3. Yes it would be handy to have ex divi dates.

do you think that the underperformance / bad reports have any thing to do with the AUD. I heard trhat most analysis and projections for the 2011 year had been calculated on 85c – aud/usd. so every day we are over this makes some companies performance worse. … ie bhp/rio are losing a lot on the currency trade.

I still have issues with WOW, I’m not convinced that it deserves the wonderful tag. I have been out of this for close to 4 years after a previous happy relationship with good performance, based on management of supply, costs and market growth, I see that they have manipoulated the suppliers the most they can and now they are dependant on consumers spending more but the consumer is under cpi, interest rate and other pressures, so they will look to alternative cheaper places to buy (ALDI etc) and i think they are 2 late on the hardware shop setup, houses apparently according to other macrobloggers are goooone and this will stop people “doing up” the place to sell as there is no point spending $40,000 to get an additional $30k when selling. (just my 2c worth)

  4. Sorry, but if it isn’t too much to ask, instead of having the reports in the form of an image, could you upload it as a spreadsheet?

      • Thanks Prince,

That would be great. Hey! I was watching the doco “the ascent of money” the other night and I saw you (well, they reckon it was Fibonacci, but damn, it looks just like your photo ;))!

  5. Updated with yesterdays results summary.

Todays results (which include CBA) will be posted later today (unless the market goes nuts like yesterday)

  6. Any chance of getting MCE added to the list? They are due to report 27/8/11 I believe and have good potential.

      • Got my dates mixed up. MCE reported today Prince. Wasn’t as bright as I had hoped. MCE is down about 8% today. On a lighter note BGL looks promising.

  7. Updated with Monday’s results here:

Newcrest (NCM) looks really good – will probably do a full valuation on them. Note how the effect of 1c up in AUD/USD is the same impact of an entire year’s carbon tax…

Sorry for the delay folks, been moving and sans reliable internet. Today’s and Tuesdays updates coming up soon as I catch up.

Lot’s of interesting results – but no surprises so far.

  8. bbg got smoked
retailler on a down day realeasing not so good accounts.
still probably best of a bad bunch.
