What an entertainer Pauk Keating is! Love him or hate him, he is the political talent of a half-century.

This is not an idle observation today and it comes with an enormous irony. Having spent the last few years demanding that Australia shut up and kow tow to China, it is the former PM himself that has evoked the most passionate and loud debate about China in modern times.
