McGowan to build Pilbara gulags?
Go right ahead:
West Australian Premier Mark McGowan says his government is committed to strengthening its relationship with China as he prepares to meet dozens of state-owned entities with investments in the resources sector and other key industries.
Mr McGowan will meet representatives from up to 30 state-owned entities and private Chinese investors at Crown Resorts in Perth on Wednesday amid Australia’s move to align itself more closely with Japan at a time of rising tension in the Indo-Pacific.
The meeting, closed to the media, is expected to broach the sensitive subject of Australia and other Western nations accelerating efforts to develop non-Chinese supply chains for critical and battery minerals vital to electrification of the economy and in military applications.
Unless or until WA secedes and builds an army plus Pilbara gulags, know that the moment that China invades Taiwan, every port in WA will be immediately blockaded and shut down by Canberra or Washington.
