‘As mentioned recently, I had to take the grille off my 2015 Navara in order to change a broken indicator bulb. FFS. Just to prove I’m not making stuff up, here’s the new bulb under test.
The manual actually states that this bizarre procedure is necessary if your hand won’t fit into the space where the bulb sits so that you can undo it. That space is about the size of a cigarette packet.
‘

Here’s a pick of one of several mystery fasteners that had me befuddled for a while. Instead of conventional bolts, the grille is secured to the chassis by these, among other things. There’s a central plunger that needs to be lifted by a flat bladed screwdriver to release the tension exerted by the side flanges against the plug hole.
trust me, none if this was obvious.
