Auction market registers post-election bounce

Australia’s auction market experienced a bounce in both volumes and clearance rates over the weekend.
The national clearance rate rose 0.8% to 63.7% off a doubling of auction volumes to 3,229. The bounce in clearance rates was driven by Sydney and Melbourne.
