  1. I like your podcasts but the last one with “Calla”, I think I wasted precious time..
    This on their website:
    “We operate under the Real Estate Act and like Real Estate Agents we get paid by the vendor if you decide to go ahead with a property we’ve recommended based on our investment criteria” …
    “They pay us to be included in our prestigious portfolio of investment properties, so that you don’t have to. And this is already budgeted for so it doesn’t impact the cost of the property.”…

    I would stay away from them. You know Barnby/Spud will screw you therefore you know your enemy, if you hire them you dont know who is screwing you.
