CoreLogic: Aussie housing bust broadening

Following on from this morning’s post on CoreLogic’s daily dwelling values index results for March, CoreLogic has released its full results, which also cover the smaller capitals and regional areas (see next table).

As you can see, Sydney (-0.9%), Melbourne (-0.8%), Brisbane (-0.6%), Perth (-0.4%), Adelaide (-0.2%), Darwin (-0.6%), and the combined regions (-0.4%) all registered falling dwelling values in March, whereas only Hobart (0.6%) recorded a rise and Canberra’s were flat.
