In a taste of things to come, award winning builder, Bayside Construct, has gone into voluntary administration, which follows a series of similar failures. From The AFR:

Melbourne builder Bayside Construct, which won a national award last year for the country’s best medium-rise residential development, collapsed last week under debts of about $20 million.
