BBC News has published a fascinating report on how young Norwegians have enjoyed a 13% rise in disposable household income while their counterparts in other nations are going backwards, thanks largely to the nation’s Sovereign Wealth Fund (SWF), which saved the bounty of its oil and gas boom:
