Sydney dwelling prices fall for seventh consecutive week

More evidence has emerged that Sydney’s housing boom looked cooked.

CoreLogic’s dwelling values index has registered its sixth consecutive weekly decline in Sydney dwelling values, with values down a cumulative 0.6% over that 6-week period, with dwelling values also down 0.6% over the past 12-weeks:
