So what’s going on with oil? The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) price finished Friday higher in anticipation of an expected positive (well, negative really) outcome to this weeks OPEC meeting. Combined with a lower drilling rig and a better than expected NFP US employment print, oil markets are slowly turning bullish. But should they?
