Daily iron ore price update (weak Hedland)

Iron ore price charts for April 5, 2017:

Spot jumped but paper calmed down overnight. Steel is flat. Coking coal futures were up strongly but also slowed overnight. Debbie appears priced already. In other data, Chinese major mills steel output was thumping along at all time records in mid-March on CISA figures.

Port Hedland released March shipping figures and they remain very weak on weather disruptions at 39.09mt and 31.5mt for China:
