Bolt: Turnbull “in a skirt” won’t save Libs

From Andrew Bolt today:

THE Liberals have learned nothing if they think they’ll be saved by a Malcolm Turnbull in skirts.

Yet anonymous MPs now tell journalists that if Turnbull must go, Julie Bishop must take over.

Yeah, right.

Replacing Mr Harbourside Mansion with Ms Polo Carnival will surely make the one million battlers who’ve switched to Pauline Hanson think: “Now the Liberals are in touch.”

But at least one penny dropped last week with many Turnbull supporters.

They now accept he’s finished.

Self-evidently true given it won’t silence Andrew Bolt and the other loon ponders.

That said, if a Bishop Government did pivot on major policies – cutting immigration, capital gains tax and gas market reform, for instance – she’d at least make it a contest.
