Iron ore prices for January 30, 2017:

Mostly closed. Thermal is stable for now. But it, like coking coal, has more falls ahead, timed by what new consolidation policies China launches in April. I expect them to much brighter than this year!

Steel mill margins improved materially during January as the coking coal price crashed close to $170, with more of that ahead:
