Residential approvals and crane count hits record levels

Over the last twelve months residential approvals have hit a record 235,000 of which 73,000 approvals have been in apartment buildings four-or-more stories high. This is consistent with the 525 residential construction cranes which now tower over Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, mainly for high-rise apartments.
