Hanson again drags immigration debate into dunny

Senator-elect Pauline Hanson says the tax office’s decision to install squat toilets at new offices in Melbourne could lead to the end of the Australian way of life.
In a video uploaded to her Facebook page, Ms Hanson speaks for 57 seconds about the “totally confusing” move to include squat toilets in the Box Hill office, in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
In her video Ms Hanson squats to imitate the way the lavatories were used. “Well if they don’t know how to use our toilets — not just at the Australian Tax Office but in our parks, our convention centres, in the Aussie homes, everywhere else — then what the hell is going on?” she asks.
“But I know what is more confusing: it’s definitely not using the squat toilet, it’s doing our tax”.
In the video, the One Nation leader links the lavatory redesign at the tax offices to the demise of the traditional way of life in Australia.

One Nation leader Pauline Hanson has denied responsibility for an incident in which a group of her supporters stormed a church service in an anti-Islam stunt, and compared her situation to that suffered by the Muslim community after the Lindt cafe siege.
But her anti-Islam party, which is enjoying a recent political resurgence, has warned of “civil unrest on our streets” if public concern about Islam is not addressed
Hanson is ignorant and the mainstream mockery of her is equally so. Yet underneath both is a vital question about Australia’s external relations as we find ourselves suddenly under siege across range of immigration and foreign investment issues that threaten to do real harm to both Australia’s social fabric and economic well being. If these national debates are left to Pauline and her antithetic chardonnay sippers then the mess will only grow.
