Core Logic: Prices rising as rents and turnover fall

Following on from this morning’s post on CoreLogic’s daily dwelling values index results for July, CoreLogic has released its full results, which also cover the smaller capitals and regional areas (see next table).

As shown above, the smaller capitals and the regions had a mostly negative month in July, with Canberra (-0.7%), Darwin (-6.2%) and ‘rest of state’ (-0.6%) each recording values decreases, whereas Hobart recorded a 1.1% rise.
