The Brent oil price fell solidly to $47.01 last night and Henry Hub gas eased as well to $2.74mmBtu:

Price weakness transpired despite bullish news in Nigeria and Libya suggesting the market is quite weak, from Reuters:

Market intelligence firm Genscape reported that the Cushing, Oklahoma delivery hub for U.S. crude futures saw a supply build of 26,460 barrels in the week to July 15, traders who saw the data said.
