RP Data: Sydney home values jump 3.1% in May

Core Logic-RP Data’s dwelling price results are in for May, with a massive 1.54% rise in values recorded over the month at the 5-city level, driven overwhelmingly by a 3.09% surge in values in Sydney (see next chart).
