 China Vanke is the largest property developer in China. Operates in 65 cities in China, but focus on key eastern coastal areas.

 Last year Vanke sold 250k units (20.6 mn sqm), 2% market share on GFA or 3% on value. 2015 saw 22 mn sqm launched. 90% of products are below 144sqm, and then more than half of these are lower than 90sqm. Expecting 10% GFA volume growth, something like 23 mn sqm.
