NAB survey shows foreign buyer demand is fading

NAB has released its March quarter Australian Residential Property Survey, which showed that foreign demand is fading. The below chart summarises the situation at the national level:

As shown above, overseas buyers accounted for 7.2% of established demand in the March quarter and 11.8% of new property demand.
