Doc Wilson calls yet another bottom for Perth housing

As Houses & Holes proclaimed last year, Domain’s spruiker-in-chief, Doc Andrew Wilson, “will tell you to buy property as the concrete is poured over his and the market’s dead face”.

In October 2015, Doc Wilson argued that Perth’s housing market would soon bottom, aided by “improving local and national economic factors”. He followed up in November, claiming that “the first home buyer market [in Perth] is still strong” and that “these falls are not coming off a high base”.
