Tangshan’s International Horticultural Exhibition opens 29 April

Tangshan, in Hebei province in China, opens its International Horticultural Exhibition from 29th April to 16th October – about 5½ months in total. Ahead of the opening of the garden show, there have been media reports that the local government in Tangshan would require polluting enterprises to shut for part of the time the show is underway so as to reduce airborne pollution. We consider the potential measures and their likely impacts on the iron ore & met coal markets.
