Here are the iron ore charts for February 18, 2016:

Spot took off with Tianjin benchmark up 1.5% to $46.50. Paper too. Rebar going nowhere. Reuters has texture:

“We need to see how steel prices move, but I don’t think we’re going back to December levels anytime soon,” the trader said.
