When will the mining bust end?

After last month prophesying the commodities super cycle death spiral, Barclays has returned with another report forecasting prolonged falls in Australia’s terms-of-trade and mining investment. From The SMH:

The British bank’s chief economist for Australia, Keiran Davies, said all facets of the mining industry were in a sharp decline since a peak four years ago.
