Sydney property “won’t crash”

It’s a mad scramble at Domainfax to explain that Sydney property isn’t going to crash, from Dr Hawtrey of BIS Shrapnel:

“We are at a turning point. We are seeing headwinds looming in the residential market … it will be turning point from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market.”

“There will not be any bubble bursting or a crash, we don’t see it as a bubble anyway, but a calming,” BIS Shrapnel’s Dr Hawtrey said.
