60% see “significant correction” property risk

Much like last year, the RP Data housing sentiment survey is bullish:

More interestingly, 60% still see a chance of significant correction (crash!?):

Somewhat higher in eastern capitals:

And conspicuously missing from important factors when buying a home is “yield”:
