DEEWR jobs vacancies for March (which covers February) are out and the news is poor with the index declining an eye popping 4.3%:

This leaves the index in a clear downtrend:

And the losses were widespread across industries and states:

The miracle of Australia’s official unemployment figures continues. It’s not like these marginal indicators didn’t used to correlate with the official numbers. They did.
