One term Labor government now a real possibility

The Albanese government continues to plummet in the polls, led by falling support for leader Anthony Albanese.

A new Freshwater Strategy poll published in The AFR shows that two-party preferred (TPP) support is tied at 50% between Labor and the Coalition:

Labor’s primary vote has collapsed below last year’s election to just 31%, and trails the Coalition by 8 points at 39%:
