iMSM furious at Quad nothing burger

Honestly, how are these people paid to print anything at all?

In a week when the White House announced new agreements with PNG and Micronesia that guarantee Australian naval safety against Chinese encroachment, the iMSM is up in arms about symbols again.

The AFR leads the way into the fog as usual:

Joe Biden’s decision to cancel next week’s trip to Papua New Guinea and Australia will raise questions about the reliability of the United States as a regional ally, let alone its competency to manage its own affairs, the government, the opposition and experts all believe.

Amid concerns the diplomatic debacle would be a public relations coup for China, the White House promised to make amends, but could give no indication of when Mr Biden might again try to visit.

Good old AFR making a mountain out of a molehill for China. It has spent the last year incoherently campaigning for Beijing even as the liberal world moves for less. Nice work.

Much of the rest of the idiot Mainstream Media follows suit.

The truth is the Sydney event and its cancellation is immaterial. What matters are the deals struck by the White House to enable the complete encirclement of the Solomon Islands and its little Chinese dictator.

Moreover, the Quad will go ahead in Tokyo on the fringes of the G7 where the meeting will focus on condemning China for economic coercion on behalf of Australia, even as we stick our own heads back that noose.

Washington must look Downunder and wonder why it bothers with the entitled little shits.
