Coalition slams extreme immigration during housing crisis

Opposition leader Peter Dutton on Wednesday slammed the Albanese Government’s record immigration program, claiming there’s no plan to actually accommodate these people.

This attack comes after the Federal Budget sneakily raised Australia’s long-term net overseas migration (NOM) forecast from 235,000 to 260,000 per year:

This new prediction comes after two years of record NOM in 2022-23 and 2023-24, when an unprecedented 715,000 net migrants are projected to arrive in Australia.
