If feminising the subject is not standard practice for fell organisations it is certainly high on the wish list.

It makes sense. If you have an unsellable message, that requires a richly gaslit public to get up in the media, then having a woman deliver it is a great idea.

These days, the feminine is morally superior and unassailable in victimhood, so it is the perfect cover for the evil organisation.
