Bosses cry as Aussies demand higher pay

New research from Robert Half suggests Aussie bosses are unhappy about how much workers expect to be paid.

The 2023 Robert Half Salary Guide found 61% of employers had candidates request an unrealistic salary in the past 12 months.

On average jobseekers were requesting salaries 16% higher than the one they were initially offered, with 8% of job seekers requesting a salary more than 40% higher than what they were initially offered.
