Greens and Labor are housing affordability fakes

Last week, the Albanese Government introduced legislation to establish its $10 billion housing future fund (HFF).

The fund would be seeded with $10 billion, and returns would be transferred to the government’s social housing financier, the National Finance and Investment Corporation, to build up to 30,000 social houses in the first five years.

Housing Minister Julie Collins has declared the fund a “turning point” in Australian housing affordability.
