Last week, SEEK released its annual salary tracker, which fell to 3.7% in the year to September 2022, down from a peak of around 4.5%:

The latest Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) data has been released by the Fair Work Commission, with average annualised wage increases in newly-lodged collective agreements plunging to just 2.4%:

The agreements lodged cover 26,449 employees with an effective duration of four years:
