We truly live in opposite world, down under. The Greens are actually first-class environmental vandals, wanting to increase Australia’s population past its ecological carrying load (full well knowing that climate change will continue to downgrade that number). The Liberal Party hasn’t acted like proper Christians since Jesus was a goalkeeper for Jerusalem United and the Labor Party just doesn’t give two shits about workers.
Because pumping Australia full of migrant workers, without even attempting to arrest the decline of the living standards of the current working population, let alone the long-term strategic security of the nation, is not just anti-environmental and anti-labour, it will spell the death knell for the country, probably by mid-century and assuredly by the end of 2100.
Every single developed and almost developed nation on the planet is going to have significant population declines. China alone is predicted to fall by half by the end of the century (with some pundits even pushing that end game number closer to 2050). Most of Europe will face depopulation and even the United States has peaked.
