Migration Council Chair: Business ‘must unite to keep unions at bay’

Australian Industry Group CEO and chair of the Migration Council of Australia (MCA), Innes Willox, has called on business groups to unite against the union movement at the Jobs & Skills Summit.
This follows Willox last week lambasting the ACTU’s call for temporary ‘skilled’ migrants to be paid above median full-time earnings, claiming such a requirement “would wreck the temporary skilled visa program”.
