IBAC circles dodgy Dan Andrews

In the wake of this week’s explosive corruption findings surrounding the Victorian Labor Party, the head of the Victoria’s Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption commission, Robert Redlich, has expressed that he is “highly frustrated” that he cannot “shine light” on the further investigations it is conducting into Labor and which are likely to further expose its ‘rotten’ culture.

Premier Daniel Andrews is currently caught up at least two IBAC investigations, one of which involves his government’s dealings with the United Fire Fighters’ Union, while the other involves his possible links to property developer John Woodman as part of an investigation into allegedly corrupt land deals.

Andrews’ private office is also the subject of a Worksafe investigation into the alleged bullying of expelled Labor MP Kaushaliya Vaghela, while the Victorian ombudsman is investigating claims that political activists have been “stacked” by Andrews into the public service.
