    It ultimately depends on whether rates actually go up more than 1%, which they will. That should be the end given the levels of debt.

      Nobody believes it wil happen until it happens- Look at the Fed 9 months ago-no chance of raising rates then ‘oops, have to raise aggresively’. Same here.

    • It doesn’t matter, 6m BBSW is up 0.5% since beginning of March to over 0.8%. The rate rise has already happened.
