CoreLogic weekly house price update: Rebound

In the week ended 3 March, the CoreLogic daily dwelling values index rebounded by 0.17%, which follows last week’s first weekly decline since October 2020:

All major capitals recorded value rises:

So far in 2022, dwelling values have risen by 1.2% across the five major capitals led by Brisbane and Adelaide:
