Aussie property listings jump in February

SQM Research has released its Stock on Market report for February, which recorded a 6.8% rise nationally. However, listings remained 16.8% lower year-on-year:

As shown above, listings have increased most in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra and remain especially tight in Brisbane and Adelaide.

Nationally, new listings (Less than 30 days) jumped 62.0% over February 2022 to 79,715 properties on the market, to be up 4.3% over the year:
