Regional property powers past the capitals

CoreLogic has released its full dwelling value results for January, which is summarised in the below table:

Nationally, dwelling values rose by 1.1% over January to be up 3.4% over the quarter and by 22.4% over the calendar year.

Australia’s regions led the price growth, growing 1.8% over the month, by 6.3% over the quarter and by 26.1% over the year.
