CoreLogic weekly house price update: in the red

In the week ended 17 February, the CoreLogic daily dwelling values index fell 0.01% – the first weekly decline since October 2020:

Sydney, Melbourne and Perth recorded falls, whereas Brisbane and Adelaide posted strong rises:

So far in February, dwelling values have risen by 0.23% driven by Brisbane and Adelaide, with Perth, with Sydney and Melbourne falling:
