Brisbane property smashes through 30% price barrier

Brisbane property has experienced hyper value growth since the beginning of the pandemic, rising a whopping 36% since the pandemic began in mid March 2020:

And while Sydney and Melbourne price growth has cooled, Brisbane’s remains red hot, rising 8.3% over the latest quarter – close to the highest growth rate experienced over the pandemic:

The momentum is so strong that annual price growth across Brisbane dwellings has busted through the 30% ceiling, rising 30.4% in the year to 7 February 2021:
