A new national YouGov survey, conducted between 27 December and 10 January, has revealed how Australians feel about their state government’s handling of COVID-19.
Residents of Western Australia were the happiest with their state’s handling of COVID, with an 85% positive approval rating:

Residents of Tasmania (65% positive approval) and Queensland (60% positive approval) are also largely happy with their state’s handling of the pandemic:


Whereas residents of South Australia (48% positive approval) have mixed views:

At the other end of the spectrum, residents of the virus and lockdown epicentres of NSW (35% positive approval) and Victoria (42% positive approval) have the lowest opinion of how their states managed the pandemic:


Sadly, the survey did not cover the federal government. I am betting that it would have scored the worst.
