CoreLogic weekly house price update: Rising again

In the week ended 13 January, the CoreLogic daily dwelling values index rose 0.25%:

All major capitals rose in value with Adelaide and Brisbane leading the way:

So far in 2022, dwelling values have risen by 0.49%, driven by Adelaide (0.90%) and Brisbane (0.86%):

Quarterly growth has slowed to 2.88%, driven by Brisbane and Adelaide:

Annual growth remains strong at 21.4%, with Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide leading:

Finally, Australia’s housing market has become tw0-speed, with Brisbane and Adelaide booming and the other major capitals slowing:
