CoreLogic weekly house price update: Rising again

In the week ended 13 January, the CoreLogic daily dwelling values index rose 0.25%:

All major capitals rose in value with Adelaide and Brisbane leading the way:

So far in 2022, dwelling values have risen by 0.49%, driven by Adelaide (0.90%) and Brisbane (0.86%):
