Victoria and NSW COVID cases continue to rise

The latest Victorian COVID update showed another 7 deaths overnight, with daily case numbers still above 1000, with 1185 new cases:

Meanwhile NSW has seen 2 deaths and nearly 300 new cases:

Queensland’s update yesterday saw 3 new cases – none locally acquired – while vaccination rates are slowly getting to the 80% double level:

This picture will likely change once the floodgates are opened on December 17th. I’ll be staying inside for summer!
