Aussie homes sell in record time as buyers swarm

Aussie homes are selling at record speed as a spring surge in properties hitting the market gives buyers more options, according to the latest PropTrack Listings Report.
New listings of properties for sale on realestate.com.au reached a record level across Australia’s capital cities in October and hit a three-year high nationally.
Nationally, it was the busiest month for new listings since October 2018, with new listings up 16.3% month-on-month.
