Aussie capital city property values rise 1.4% in October

CoreLogic yesterday released its daily dwelling values index for 31 October, which showed that property values across the major Australian capital city markets rose another 1.4% over the month:

Values rose across all major markets except Perth:

Over the October quarter, dwelling values rose by 4.4% across the five major capital cities with the pace of growth slowing:
