NSW Health has recorded another 608 locally acquired COVID cases and seven deaths:

The age profile of the COVID deaths are as follows:
- One person was in their 50s
- Two people were in their 60s
- Three people were in their 70s
- One person was in their 80s.
Five people were not vaccinated, and two people had received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
There have been 385 COVID-19 related deaths in NSW since 16 June 2021 and 441 in total since the start of the pandemic.
There are currently 978 COVID-19 cases admitted to hospital, with 190 people in intensive care, 94 of whom require ventilation.
There were 85,642 COVID-19 tests reported to 8pm last night, compared with the previous day’s total of 76,892.
Across NSW, 88.5 % of people aged 16 and over have received a first dose of COVID-19 vaccine, and 67.5% are fully vaccinated.
